End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

LQDCNVS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this EULA. The Service allows you to create and manage art playlists that can be streamed to any compatible smart TV.

2. Account and Subscription

To use the Service, you must create an account and subscribe to one of our available plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees for your chosen plan, which are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

If you use a promotional code or discount when subscribing, the discounted rate will only apply to the initial billing period. Afterward, the subscription will automatically renew at the ordinary, non-discounted price unless you cancel or modify your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Billing and Payment

By providing payment information, you authorize LQDCNVS to charge your designated payment method for applicable subscription fees. If a payment is not successfully processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until the payment is resolved.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.

4. User Conduct and Content

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and this EULA. As a condition of use, you agree that you will not upload, submit, or share any photos, videos, or other content through the Service that:

• Violates any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

• Depicts violence, nudity, sexual content, profanity, or any other content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, or otherwise violates the terms of this EULA or any applicable laws.

• Promotes hate, discrimination, or any illegal activities.

LQDCNVS reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that, in our sole discretion, violates this EULA or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to artwork, images, and software, is the intellectual property of LQDCNVS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from LQDCNVS.

6. Termination

LQDCNVS may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this EULA, engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LQDCNVS makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will LQDCNVS or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if LQDCNVS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications to the EULA

LQDCNVS reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any updates or changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon notification to you. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This EULA will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement
