These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LQDCNVS App and any subscription services provided through the App. By downloading, installing, or using the LQDCNVS App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully. 

 

 1. Subscription Services The LQDCNVS App offers subscription-based services (“Subscription Services”) which may be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. 

 

 1.1 Monthly Subscription • If you opt for a monthly subscription, your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date as your initial subscription purchase, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. • The monthly subscription fee is charged at the rate in effect at the time of your initial subscription or as updated by the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). 

 

 1.2 Annual Subscription • If you opt for an annual subscription, your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary date of your initial subscription purchase, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. • The annual subscription fee is charged at the rate in effect at the time of your initial subscription or as updated by the platform. 

 

 2. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds 

 

 2.1 Payment Management • All payments for subscription services are handled by third-party platforms, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. • We do not directly manage or process payments, refunds, or cancellations. For any payment-related issues, including billing disputes or refund requests, please refer to the relevant platform’s payment policies. 

 

 2.2 Auto-Renewal • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. • To cancel your subscription, you must follow the cancellation procedures of the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which you purchased your subscription. We are not responsible for managing cancellations on your behalf. 

 

 2.3 Refunds • All refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform through which you purchased your subscription. The Company is not responsible for issuing refunds or resolving billing disputes. 

 

 3. Trials, Discounts, and Promotions • From time to time, we may offer trial subscriptions, discount codes, or promotional pricing for a limited period. These offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. • Upon the expiration of the trial period, promotional offer, or discount, your subscription will automatically convert to the regular applicable pricing for subsequent billing cycles, unless you cancel the subscription before the end of the promotional period. • No further discounts or extensions will apply unless explicitly stated. 

 

 4. Cancellation and Termination of Services 

 

 4.1 Cancellation by You • You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined by the platform through which your subscription was purchased (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). • Once you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to your account and all associated content, including any personal data, photos, or videos stored on the App. 

 

 4.2 Data Deletion Upon Cancellation • If your subscription is canceled for any reason, whether initiated by you or due to non-payment, your access to the App and all associated content (e.g., photos, videos, or other personal data) will be terminated, and such content will be permanently deleted from our servers. • We are not responsible for any loss of content or data once your subscription is canceled or terminated. 

 

 5. User Accounts and Data 

 

 5.1 Account Registration • You must create an account to use certain features of the LQDCNVS App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date. 

 

 5.2 Account Security • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 

 

 5.3 Data Storage • The Company does not guarantee the retention of any data, content, or information stored on the App. It is your responsibility to back up your data. 

 

 6. Modifications to Services and Pricing • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Subscription Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. • We may change the pricing for our Subscription Services at any time, and any changes will apply to your next billing cycle after notice has been provided through the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). 

 

 7. Limitation of Liability • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquid Canvas Art, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App or Subscription Services, including but not limited to loss of data or content. 

 

 8. Governing Law • These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Liquid Canvas Art, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

 

 9. Changes to Terms • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the LQDCNVS App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
